What is your favorite vegetable/fruit and how do you like to enjoy it?
Bring a favorite dish that is made of plants! Include a recipe copied to share with others. We will share the food, the meal, the experience in community with others.
This event is focused on plant-based nutrition and can be vegan as well as vegetarian foods. Be certain to bring a recipe with copies to share so everyone is aware of the ingredients!
Many times, our favorite dishes have a story with them…bring that too!
We will sit down and feed our bodies and our souls, closing out a work week with company of others and the intention of improving our health journeys.
There will be a chance to learn how to increase the fruits and vegetables in your diet as well as other ways to support steps to achieving your health goals.
$5 to cover cost of utensils and water.
